ABOUT JIM:

Full time Agent with over 25 years of experience investing in real estate. Previous member of East Cooper Top Producers.

Before becoming a full time Agent, I was an Aerospace Engineer. So I can promise you, I have very high standards and strong attention to detail. I also have very good technical skills and put them to work for my clients. I will explain this in more detail when I meet with you.
